Site Manager – Industrial New Build (Permanent) Location: Gateshead Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Sector: Industrial Sheds / Warehousing New Build Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee the delivery of industrial shed new build projects in Gateshead. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of site management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, manage programme delivery, and ensure all RAMS and site documentation are compliant and up to date.
