Site Manager – Liverpool

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, reporting regularly to senior management
* Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain workmanship standards
* Resolve any on-site issues quickly and effectively
* Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and the project team
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS card, First Aid certification)
