The HR Manager will ensure the team delivers high-quality, effective HR services, focusing on Employee Relations.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting managers with ER casework independently.
2. Monitoring staff absence and identifying employees at absence review points.
3. Attending monitoring meetings and supporting leaders in effective conversations.
4. Making absence-related referrals as needed.
5. Supporting leaders with organizational changes.
We are looking for candidates who:
1. Have excellent experience managing ER cases from start to finish.
2. Have a proven background working closely with managers, providing ER advice and guidance.
3. Ideally have experience in Education or similar sectors.
4. Are CIPD qualified or working towards it.
We aim for a September start to cover maternity leave.
