This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, producing accurate quotations, and managing projects from enquiry through to order completion. Training & Development Full product and system training will be provided to develop expertise in design, pricing, and project management, allowing you to take increasing responsibility as your knowledge grows. Key Responsibilities * Prepare accurate quotations, follow up with clients, and manage orders through the pre-order process to ensure timely project progression. * Meet clients on-site and in the office, conduct surveys, and present company drawings, literature, and samples to demonstrate the benefits of our systems. * Work closely with the technical team to develop bespoke solutions tailored to client requirements. * Learn to produce system designs, schematic diagrams, and mark-up drawings using company specifications and price lists. * Create professional presentations and quotations, and communicate clearly with the estimation and design teams, sharing notes, drawings, photos, and project updates. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project status, and quotations using Insightly CRM. * Handle client calls and enquiries, providing excellent service and support. * Coordinate with suppliers as needed to support project delivery. * Assist with marketing initiatives or other tasks as required in a small, collaborative team environment. Performance & Rewards * KPIs include timely enquiry turnaround, quotation accuracy, and successful conversion of opportunities. * Salary: £30,000 basic, rising to £34,000 post-training. * Commission: Up to 20% of basic salary. * Bonus: 5% of basic salary. * Perks: Healthcare, pension, 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
