Senior Site Manager - Job Description
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and other construction workers
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Prepare and submit progress reports to upper management
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, blueprint reading, construction estimating, and schematics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team towards a common goal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
