I'm working exclusively with a highly respected, design-led main contractor that specialises in complex residential and hospitality schemes across London. Think high-end hotels, luxury apartments, and intricate refurbishments – often in live environments, with significant structural alteration and cut-and-carve.


They’re now looking to appoint a Site Manager to lead on major London schemes – someone confident in driving programmes, managing trades, and delivering premium quality on technically demanding sites.

✅ What they’re looking for:

* 3-5 years’ experience as a Site Manager, with time spent on refurbishment, cut & carve, and hospitality or high-end resi schemes.
* Strong knowledge of structural works, finishes, and complex sequencing.
* Comfortable running tight London sites with demanding stakeholders and clients.
* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid as standard.
* A professional qualification like MCIOB is a bonus – but not a dealbreaker.
