Senior Staff Cook Job Specification Senior Staff Cook Join us at Ragdale Hall Spa as a Senior Staff Cook and become a key part of a talented team that values wholesome cooking for employees. Main Duties:
1. Prepare and serve food of a high standards across a 7-day week.
2. Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH standards.
3. Support administrative duties including cleaning schedules, temperature recording, and diary handovers.
4. Minimise wastage.
5. Promote a positive team culture.
Skills Required:
6. Experience of cooking within a commercial kitchen.
7. A strong interest in fresh, nutritious food
8. Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
9. A basic understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and allergens.
10. A can-do mindset with the motivation to grow within a supportive team.
Hours of Work:
11. 39 hours per week
12. Worked on a rota basis to include some weekends
Salary:
13. £13.46 per hour
