Site Manager required in Heathrow GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established main contractor, who are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Construction Manager to join their team on a large Aviation framework Contract at Heathrow. As a contractor they typically work on fit out and refurbishment projects both airside and landside with values up to £500K. Location: Heathrow Airport Duration: On-going Charge Rate: £280pd – £300pd Requirements for the role of Site Manager: * 5 – 7 years’ experience working as the No.1 Site Manager * Commercial or Aviation refurbishment experience is desirable * Must be client facing * Highly driven and have a good eye for detail & quality * SMSTS * CSCS Card (Gold or Black) * First Aid * Asbestos Awareness * Temporary works * Trade background is preferential but not essential * DBS Check is essential If you are interested in the above Site Manager position, then please get in touch
