Equity Reward Manager - Employer Reward Services
Base Location: London plus network of 20 offices

This exciting role is within our Reward Practice team, based in London (other locations considered).
We seek talented Reward specialists eager to grow with us. The successful candidate will engage in business development, including client proposals, presentations, and technical writing. We offer unparalleled learning and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and delivering client projects on Reward workflows, including:
o Designing and structuring new equity or cash incentive plans, considering tax (UK and overseas), commercial, and accounting impacts, and reviewing existing plans for relevance.
o Advising on tax implications of corporate transactions and structuring compensation and benefits plans.
o Designing plans for the workforce, including employee share purchase plans.
o Advising Remuneration Committees and management on reward strategy, governance, pay regulation, ESG, and shareholder consultation.
o Drafting Director’s Remuneration Reports.
o Pay and benefits benchmarking.
o Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Additional responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining client relationships, discussing personnel issues, and identifying cross-disciplinary opportunities.
* Collaborating with teams to deliver integrated advice.
* Delegating and reviewing work of junior team members.
* Training and developing junior staff.
* Developing innovative solutions and bringing them to market.
* Supporting knowledge management and technical advice.
* Managing engagement quality and profitability.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in technical client service and business development.
* ATT, CTA, ACA, or legal qualifications.
Preferred Skills and Extras:
* Experience in designing incentive plans considering tax, commercial, and accounting impacts.
* Experience with employee share plans and reward strategy advising.
* Drafting remuneration reports and conducting benchmarking.
