Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Ilford. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new leads, managing client relationships, presenting and promoting real estate projects, and closing sales transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, conducting meetings and follow-ups, maintaining a sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include coordinating with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and staying informed about market trends.
Qualifications
* Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve or exceed targets
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential clients effectively
* Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of the real estate industry in the UK, particularly in property sales, is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
* Flexibility to work on-site in Ilford and availability to accommodate client schedules
