Must Have’s
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar HR Manager or Advisor role
* Strong working knowledge of recruitment, onboarding and HR policies
* Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and managing a varied workload, and previous experience of doing so
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, you’ll be using this daily
Nice to have’s
* CIPD qualified – but hands-on experience matters most!
* A passion for learning and development, with some experience in L&D
* Previous involvement in HR projects around wellbeing, engagement or retention
So what will you be doing?
* Managing recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
* Supporting business areas with coaching and HR advice
* Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
* Designing, delivering and reviewing training programmes
* Contributing to HR projects focused on wellbeing, engagement and retention
* Working closely with the Head of HR to drive strategic initiatives
