Business Data Architect – Digital Bank Build

We’re hiring a Business Data Architect to help shape the data foundations of a greenfield digital banking platform. This is a key role focused on data architecture, governance, and integration design—enabling scalable, high-quality data across core banking systems and analytics.
What you’ll do
* Define domain data models (Customer, Account, Transactions, Product)
* Design architecture for a cloud-based Enterprise Data Platform
* Create integration artefacts across core banking & external APIs
* Establish data governance & MDM (ownership, stewardship, golden records)
* Develop CRUD matrices & data lineage
* Enable BI & operational reporting
* Partner with business & engineering teams to align data with product and regulatory needs
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years in Data Architecture (banking / fintech)
* Strong data modelling (Kimball, Data Vault)
* Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure)
* Strong understanding of MDM, governance & API-driven architectures
* Knowledge of banking regulations (AML/KYC, ISO 20022)
