Alongside team management, the HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day aspects of human resources practices and processes, this role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and school policies. Applicants should be qualified to CIPD level 5 (or CIPD level 3 with 5 years experience).
