Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000

The role of the Site Manager Cladding & Facades will involve:
1. Site Manager position, promoting a high quality range of cladding, faade and building envelope projects.
2. Site based role supporting the project manager ensuring the smooth running of major projects
3. Liaising with main client, direct labour, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other external and internal stakeholders
4. Preparing work tasks for the installations team and strategic planning of works
5. Ordering materials to site and processing purchase orders
6. Monitoring each stage of the project ensuring resources are productive and the delivery schedule is being met within budget
7. Receiving and managing deliveries and site logistics
8. Conducting Toolbox Talks
