We are seeking two experienced Site Managers to join our expanding Construction team in the Shropshire area. This is a permanent full‑time role with a competitive salary package and associated benefits.
Qualifications
* Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification.
* Driving licence.
* Ideal additional qualifications: CITB Temporary Works Supervisor (TWSTC) Course, First Aid, Fire Warden, CDM regulations.
* CSCS not essential.
Responsibilities
* Communicate fully with the Contract team and lead and support the site team.
* Manage sub-contractors to achieve project requirements.
* Deliver projects on time, on budget and to a very high standard.
* Ensure all relevant Health and Safety Procedures/Legislation are adhered to.
* Project reporting and administration, confident with Word and Excel.
