Lead QA and QC teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS)
Host and manage internal/external audits and regulatory inspections
Oversee CAPA, deviations, change control, and complaint handling
Collaborate cross-functionally to embed quality across operations
Support product release, documentation control, and training programs
Proven experience in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical quality management
Strong knowledge of GMP, GxP, and regulatory compliance
Leadership in audits, supplier qualification, and data integrity
