Overview
We are seeking a highly practical and proactive Site Manager to join our dedicated team. It requires a motivated individual who can act on their own initiative with minimal supervision. In addition to an extremely high level of maintenance skills, you would need to have a solid knowledge of current Health and Safety regulations and testing.
Responsibilities
* The security of the School Site
* Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are followed throughout the school
* Maintenance of the school buildings and grounds to a high standard
* Arranging and overseeing all building works
* Porterage duties
Candidate Profile
The role is permanent and we are happy to work with the right candidate re the amount of hours that they work per week, but we would be looking for at least 2 full days (up to 25 hours across the week). The hourly rate for this role starts at £14.58. This position is a varied and often practical role. It requires a proactive and motivated individual who can act on their own initiative with minimal supervision. In addition to a high level of maintenance skills, you need to be flexible and able to respond to the changing demands that the role brings.
