Responsibilities:
* As our Lead Zoho Developer, you will:
* Lead and evolve our company's Zoho ecosystem, including CRM, Creator, Analytics, Flow, Desk, and Campaigns.
* Design and implement automation, integrations, and data models that link business systems end-to-end.
* Develop advanced Deluge scripting and API connections to streamline processes and improve data flow.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to translate requirements into CRM enhancements.
* Mentor and develop the CRM team, establishing best practices for delivery, testing, and change control.
* Drive roadmap execution to support the launch of new digital products and customer self-service platforms.
