A market-leading organisation is scaling rapidly and is looking for a Front End Developer to take ownership of the user experience across its web and mobile applications. This hands-on role combines front-end engineering with strong design instincts - you’ll shape how products look, feel and behave while working closely with product, QA, and a full-stack developer.
Essential skills & experience
* Knowledge of back-end development with PHP
* Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
* Comfortable working with Git and maintaining a maintainable codebase
* Good communicator - able to work with distributed teams and non-technical stakeholders
* Delivery mindset with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Nice to have
* Experience in small teams / early-stage products or health-tech environments
* Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG)
* Some exposure to back-end concepts or working with APIs
