Your Mission as a Sales Executive
Engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers who’ve expressed interest in our life insurance products. By asking thoughtful questions and uncovering their unique needs, you’ll craft the ideal protection plan. This role blends structured scripts with freedom to personalise each interaction, ensuring every conversation is as unique as the customer. With a focus on reading, active listening, and attention to detail, you’ll understand each customer’s needs and offer the right solution.

Training and Start
No experience? No problem! We offer an award-winning training programme, including a minimum of 5 weeks in our Bournemouth Head Office, designed to take you from beginner to sales professional. With your dedication and our support, success is within reach.
