Person specification You are an experienced data professional with a background in data architecture frameworks, tools, and best practices, combined with hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable data models and infrastructure. You bring knowledge of data engineering concepts, including conceptual, logical, and physical data designs, and are skilled in designing solutions for both on-premises and cloud-based environments. You have demonstrated your ability to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. With a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, you excel at identifying opportunities for improvement, overcoming challenges, and delivering results that align with organisational objectives. You are adept at building collaborative relationships across technical and business teams, using your interpersonal skills to drive shared goals. Your experience in Agile environments ensures you are comfortable working in a dynamic setting, where priorities evolve and adaptability is key.
