Site Manager Covering Fit-Out & Refurbishment Sites in Birmingham, Bristol & Leeds Ivy Resource Group is seeking a highly capable and reliable Site Manager to lead commercial interior refurbishment and shopfitting projects across the UK. Based in Birmingham, this is a mobile role requiring regular travel and overnight stays to manage fast-track sites in Bristol, Leeds, and other major cities. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations on interior fit-out and refurbishment projects Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour Ensure works are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards Enforce Health & Safety compliance and conduct regular site audits Liaise with clients, project teams, and company leadership Maintain accurate site records and progress reports Travel and stay away midweek as required to support project delivery Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit-out, shopfitting, or refurbishment Carpentry background highly advantageous Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and IPAF certifications Able to read and interpret drawings and specifications Confident in managing site teams, timelines, and client expectations Willing to travel and stay away from home when necessary Full UK driving licence required Benefits: £60,000 salary Company car Travel and accommodation expenses covered Long-term role with a growing contractor Variety of high-profile interior projects Opportunity for progression and skills development This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, adaptable, and experienced Site Manager looking to join a supportive team working on exciting national refurb and shopfit projects.
