Job Overview
RE:Solve is a dynamic and inclusive alternative provision provider dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), or those at risk of exclusion. Operating across multiple locations, RE:Solve offers safe, supportive, and personalised learning environments for children and young people who require more than mainstream education can offer.
We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive, and we work in close partnership with schools, families, and local authorities to provide high-impact, trauma-informed interventions. Our approach focuses on building trust, promoting engagement, and developing academic, emotional, and social resilience to help learners reintegrate successfully into education or employment pathways.
As we grow, we are committed to building a highly skilled, compassionate, and professional team who share our values of care, consistency, and high expectations. The following job descriptions outline the key roles within our provision and the impact you could make as part of our mission.
