Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team working on various construction sites across Birmingham. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day site operations, support tradesmen, and help maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting tradesmen and site managers with daily tasks
* Loading and unloading materials and equipment
* Keeping the site clean, organised, and safe
* Moving materials around site safely
* General lifting and manual handling duties
* Following health & safety regulations at all times
* Using hand and power tools when required
* Assisting with site setup and clear-down
* Reporting hazards or issues to supervisors
Requirements
* Previous labouring or construction site experience preferred
* Valid CSCS card preferred but not essential
* Good attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to work well within a team
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
* Punctual and reliable
* PPE required (boots, hi-vis, hard hat)
