We are seeking a highly motivated Wedding Sales Executive to oversee the sales at our award winning wedding venue - Stretton Manor Barn. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, be super driven and have excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for booking in all viewings, meeting all couples and securing new bookings at our venue.

Stretton Manor Barn is an exclusive wedding venue situated in the stunning Derbyshire countryside. We are positioned at the top of the market having won Best Barn Wedding Venue in the UK at The 2024 and 2025 Wedding Industry Awards and we are now looking for a Sales Executive to be responsible for all sales.
At Stretton Manor Barn, we aim to maintain our excellent level of customer service while increasing sales. The right person will convert our leads into confirmed bookings, achieve sales targets and establish lasting relationships with engaged couples.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the general manager to execute sales to engaged couples, meeting and exceeding monthly booking targets.
* Be the initial contact for all enquiries via email, phone and face to face viewings.
* Completing enquiry logs, preparing quotes, conducting viewings of the venue and following up after viewings.
* Maintaining accurate sales administration.
* Contacting couples who have enquired to arrange a viewing.
* Be able to support wedding coordinators where required - This will also give you a full understanding of the wedding planning process and wedding day to strengthen the sales process.
Skills
* Highly driven with a passion for closing sales. A proven track record in sales is preferable.
* Share our ethos of delivering outstanding customer service.
* A contagious positive personality, which excites couples and brings energy to the team.
* Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends as required by viewing appointments.
* A genuine love for weddings which enhances the sales journey for couples.

Working Hours
* Working hours are typically 11am - 7pm Monday, Thursday, Friday and 8:30am - 5:30pm Saturday and Sunday.
* 1 weekend off per month.
* Evening and weekend hours due to when couples mainly view the venue.
