Job Title: Site Manager Location: North Devon Salary: £300 per day, depending on experience Are you a site manager with experience working for a developer or main contractor? Are you seeking a 3-4 week contract role?You will be managing and overseeing the project. As part of the core site team, you can expect to work closely with subcontract labour to ensure that the project is delivered safely on time and budget. We are seeking candidates with direct experience working with a developer or main contractor as a Site Manager. You will be joining a firm with a healthy pipeline of projects across the country. Responsibilities: Working on an residential project in North Devon Ensure all site staff are adhering to health and safety procedures Be actively involved in pre-start, progress and handover meetings We would welcome conversations with candidates who: Hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets Have a strong working knowledge of full turnkey projects Posses strong planning skills and the ability to 'look ahead' on-site programmes and anticipate challenges Can bring good experience in managing sub-contractors and site-based labour Are comfortable representing the firm in site-based progress meetingsIf you are interested in this vacancy please click 'Apply' to submit your CV for consideration.
