My client a well established manufacturing and distribution company based in Altham is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join their team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions. Duties:
* Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
* Conduct new employee orientations and assist with on boarding processes
* Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
* Assist with administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
* Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers
* Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
* Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned
* Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a human resources department
