Working Hours:
5 days per week
Monday to Saturday: 8:30am 6:00pm with a regular weekday off
Alternate Sundays: 11:00am 4:00pm
We re currently recruiting for a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a busy and successful dealership in the Ipswich area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional either from the motor trade or another target-driven industry to join a high-performing team with strong earning potential and uncapped commission.
The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you ll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while maximising sales opportunities.
Selling both new and used vehicles
Managing the full customer journey from enquiry through to handover
Building strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
Handling enquiries from walk-ins, telephone and online leads
Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
What We re Looking For
Proven experience within a sales environment
Motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven with a motivated and professional attitude
Excellent negotiation and customer service ability
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
What s On Offer
£24,000 basic salary
£45,000 £55,000 uncapped OTE
