About the Role
As our Group Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across all divisions of our UK operation. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles—from operational to corporate—and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full-lifecycle recruitment across multiple business units.
* Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Build and maintain strong talent pools for future hiring needs.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand team requirements and workforce plans.
* Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes.
* Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage.
* Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.
* Support employer branding activities and career campaigns.
About You
* Proven experience in in-house or agency recruitment (multi-site experience a bonus).
* Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive channels.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload.
* Passionate about delivering a great candidate and manager experience.
* Confident using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
