Your new role
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a refurbishment project in County Armagh. You will oversee site operations from start topletion, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will involve coordinating subcontractors, chairing site meetings, liaising with the client and design team, maintaining accurate site records, and enforcing robust health, safety, and environmental procedures throughout the build.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Site Manager with a proven background delivering refurbishment projects, ideally in live or occupied environments. You should have strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational and leadership skills, and the ability to drive programmes while maintaining quality. Relevant site management qualifications and current health and safety certifications are essential, along with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
