Assistant Site Manager / Site Manager - Leading National Housebuilder

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, stable, and successful developer at an exciting period of expansion. The business has multiple new developments due to commence, offering both immediate site leadership roles and longer‑term progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all on‑site operations from groundworks through to handover.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure efficient progress and adherence to programme.
* Maintain site health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
* Ensure homes are completed to NHBC and company quality standards.
* Support and mentor junior team members (for senior/lead roles).
* Build positive working relationships with technical, commercial, and customer care teams.
What We're Looking For
We’re particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated long‑term, stable employment histories with other major housebuilders and can show a strong record of delivery and progression.
* Proven experience delivering volume residential developments.
* Strong technical knowledge of new build housing.
* A focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
* Ambition to grow within a structured, supportive PLC environment.
