Job Title: Audiology Sales Executive
Location: Head Office (Swindon) – occasional travel required
Salary:£25,000 base + commission (OTE circa £30,000)
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

The Audiology Sales Executive will be responsible for driving growth in audiology bookings through proactive outreach, cross-referrals, and internal engagement. This role focuses on maximising opportunities with current and lapsed customers, working with our field teams and across the business to refer confidently, and ensuring that audiology is a visible and exciting part of our service offering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively contact current and lapsed customers by phone and email to generate audiology appointments.
* Convert enquiries and warm leads into confirmed bookings.
* Encourage and support optometrists to consistently promote audiology services.
* Monitor, report, and feedback on referral activity, finding creative ways to keep optometrists engaged.
* Develop and refine call scripts, email templates, and sales approaches to maximise conversions.
* Train colleagues where relevant on new scripts and best practice.
* Ensure no opportunity is missed to promote audiology services.
* Generate new ideas and initiatives to increase awareness and uptake of audiology services.
* Test and measure different approaches to improve booking rates.
* Track activity, report on results, and provide insight into trends and opportunities.
* Work closely with the wider audiology and optometry teams to align strategies.

* Proven outbound sales, telesales or business development experience (ideally healthcare or service-led).
* Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner and influencing skills.
* Ability to motivate and engage others, especially internal colleagues.
* Strong organisational skills with a proactive, ideas-driven mindset.
* Comfortable working to targets and reporting on performance.
* Creative approach to scripts, campaigns, and customer engagement.
* Organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace
