We are currently recruiting for a Catering Manager.Location: 2A Praed St, London W2 1JXRate Of Pay: £34,000 per annumWorking Pattern: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week, hours can vary between 7:00am and 9:00pm business dependantKey Responsibilities:Overseeing the efficiency of all in-unit catering operations, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plansCommunicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targetsRepresenting Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand imageIdentifying opportunities for new food or service concepts to drive salesLiaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectationsSupporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their roleImplementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.Respond to hospitality bookings for meeting spaces.
