Key HR Administrator responsibilities: * Manage administrative tasks for the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. * Administer new starter paperwork, pre-employment checks, references, and induction. * Maintain and update employee records on our HRIS (iTrent), including contract changes, absence, and payroll. * Support colleagues with queries via our ticketing system, phone, and email. * Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to ensure timely and accurate payments. * Administer employee benefits and maintain personnel files in line with legal and company standards. * Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive workplace culture. What we’re looking for: * GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C or above). * Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); training provided. * Excellent relationship-building, communication, and numeracy skills. * High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational ability. * Friendly, professional, and self-motivated approach.
