Job description
Permanent 15 hours per week Term Time Only, increasing as the school role increases
Monday $ú Friday $ú (flexible hours to meet service needs)
Based at: Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Tregeles, Neath Abbey, Neath SA10 7ND
You will be expected to have knowledge of the requirements in relation to preparation and cooking in large, as well as small numbers of meals for children.
You should also understand the relative application of cooking processes, HACCP, and comply with all Food Safety and Health and Safety Regulations and work to a high standard.
You should possess City and Guilds 706/1 and 2 or equivalent NVQ Level 2 or 3 Award in professional Catering or relevant experience. Also a Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering or equivalent.
