Oversee administrative tasks related to sales reporting and forecasting. Utilise phone etiquette to engage with clients professionally and effectively. Online and in person meetings are a daily routine. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery Requirements Proven experience in sales and sales management or retail management, with a strong understanding of sales and product development processes. Exceptional leadership skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a diverse team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Excellent time management skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Familiarity with administrative duties related to sales operations is preferred.Full P&L responsibility.
