Role Details
* Annual salary up to £50,000 depending on experience.
* Annual on‑target bonus up to 5% subject to business performance.
* Contract type: Permanent.
* Location: Head Office (York, YO32 9PT).
* Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays and an option to purchase an additional 5 days each year.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and deploy end‑to‑end business applications in M365, creating robust Power Apps and streamlining operational workflows through Power Automate.
* Act as custodian of the Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on identity and access management through Microsoft Entra, utilizing the Microsoft 365 Admin Centres.
* Maintain business‑critical Power Apps, provide ongoing maintenance, optimise performance, and build new features to meet evolving business needs; support Incident and Problem Management by investigating root causes and implementing preventative measures.
* Partner with technology architects, cross‑functional teams and external suppliers to translate business pain points, liaise with stakeholders, review current processes, and ensure solutions remain fit‑for‑purpose and aligned with organisational strategy.
* Produce clear, comprehensive documentation for all solutions, ensuring compliance with development standards and security policies at every stage.
* Manage and resolve service requests and incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.

Ideal Candidate
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
* Experience building technical solutions within a systems development team.
* Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
* Experience working on multi‑workstream projects.
* Skill in producing clear, accurate and up‑to‑date documentation.
* Experience analysing and improving existing technical solutions.
* Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern integration platforms and techniques.
