About the Role
As a Junior Sales Executive at Bullseye Group, you’ll be at the forefront of our client campaigns, engaging directly with customers and representing top national brands. This is a full-time, entry-level position with hands-on training designed to help you build strong communication, sales, and leadership skills. You’ll learn how to identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and develop strategies that drive client growth. With performance-based progression and continuous support, this role offers a clear path toward senior sales and management opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Represent clients professionally and promote their products or services
* Engage with customers face-to-face and provide outstanding service
* Develop a solid understanding of client brands and market positioning
* Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
* Contribute ideas in team meetings and participate in collaborative projects
* Track performance and assist in improving sales techniques
* Support and mentor new team members as you grow
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Confidence interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment
* Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not essential
