The CWC Group is expanding We are searching for a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to make a significant impact on our organisation's growth and success.You will be a skilled professional, be proactive and target-driven with excellent negotiation skills, strong networking abilities, adaptable to changing recruitment landscapes with a commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring practices. You will manage our full-cycle recruiting processes, identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online, designing employee referral programs and make the CWC Group an employer of choice within the care sector.This is a critical role responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support the organisation's growth and strategic objectives. To be successful in this role, you will have experience in sourcing and evaluating candidates. You will be a proactive and strategic talent acquisition professional who can effectively manage the full recruitment lifecycle.You will utilise recruitment marketing to showcase our company culture, mission and values on social media platforms. You will attend and organise career events at schools/universities to attract early career talent. Ultimately, you will help us strengthen our employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition StrategyDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategiesCreate compelling job descriptions and job postingsIdentify and target potential candidates through multiple channelsBuild and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future opportunitiesCandidate Management and TrackingManage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboardingUtilise recruitment dashboards to track open and closed positionsFilter and customise applicant tracking viewsEvaluate candidates using systematic assessment methodsManage candidate profiles and documentationTrack candidate progress through multiple interview stagesSourcing and Candidate EngagementLeverage multiple sourcing channels including: o Professional networking platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) o Job boards o Social media platforms o Professional networks and referralsConduct initial candidate screenings, support on interviews when requiredMaintain communication with potential candidatesManage candidate experience throughout the recruitment processTechnology and Process ManagementUtilise advanced recruitment tools and applicant tracking systemsConfigure email notifications for different hiring stagesSend automated communications to candidates and hiring managersCustomise application forms and manage application field visibilityIntegrate recruitment systems with third-party platformsReporting and AnalyticsGenerate comprehensive recruitment reportsTrack key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.)Analyse recruitment data to improve hiring strategiesMaintain recruitment process documentation and complianceStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with hiring managers to understand team needsProvide recruitment consultation and adviceAlign recruitment strategies with organisational goalsParticipate in workforce planning discussionsEssential Criteria:Proven experience in full-cycle recruitmentStrong understanding of recruitment best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR technologiesAdvanced digital literacy and social media recruiting skillsExperience with diverse recruitment methodsData analysis and reporting capabilitiesFull UK Driving licenceDesirable Criteria:Professional certification (e.g., CIPD)Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldKnowledge of employment law and hiring regulationsIndustry-specific recruitment experienceExperience recruiting international candidatesTechnical Competencies:Advanced MS Office/Excel skillsApplicant Tracking System (ATS) expertiseLinkedIn RecruiterHRIS systemsWorking Conditions:Office-based with a requirement for travel (within NI)High-energy, fast-paced environmentRegular interaction with internal and external stakeholdersEQUAL OPPORTUNITIESCWC Group is committed to being an Equal Opportunities Employer and welcomes applications from people irrespective of age, gender, race, disability, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political opinion, marital status, disability and religious belief.REQUIRMENTDriving Licence (group wide)LocationCWC Group - 70 Ballynahinch Road, Carryduff, BT8 8DPWork StyleOn-siteExperience1+ Recruiter/Talent Acquisition preferred
