We are currently recruiting for an admin officer based in Belfast. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI clearance have been completed.
Duration: 6 months
Rate of pay: £12.57
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, flexi hours (37 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
The main purpose of these roles is to provide administrative support within the Insolvency Service Central Accounting Unit, in the processing of dividend payments and other duties related to the unit. Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:
* Amending/updating creditor and payee details on the ISAAC database
* Password resets for Insolvency Practitioners and Intermediaries and setting up new user profiles
* Updating supplier and employee listings
* Assisting the EO2 with checking and processing IP and outsourced liquidation cases, reclaiming overdrawn balances, and receipting to estate accounts
* Relief cashier duties, including managing the cashier mailbox, preparing payment runs for cheques and BACS payments, processing deposits, and preparing lodgments for bank
* Providing cover for shared mailbox management and insolvency adverts
Essential Criteria:
* Proof of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C or above, or equivalent
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven ability to use own initiative
