We are partnering with a well-established, fast-paced organisation to recruit an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR function and support the delivery of key business objectives.
This is a broad, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
* Partner with senior leadership to support strategic people objectives
* Provide expert HR advice across the full employee lifecycle
* Lead on employee relations matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution
* Coach and support managers to build capability, engagement, and performance
* Lead and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Design and deliver training and development workshops
* Manage, develop, and performance manage the HR team
* Ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and commercially focused
About you:
* CIPD qualified
* Experience gained within Professional Services - Essential
* Proven HR generalist experience in a leadership role
* Strong employee relations and performance management expertise
* Confident influencing and engaging with senior stakeholders
* Commercially aware, resilient, and solutions-focused
