Job Summary
Allens Caravans (Estates) Ltd are a family run business own and operate Residential and Holiday parks in the Midlands and in Wales. We are an experienced cook to join our Clubhouse Kitchen at Abbots Salford.. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Shifts – Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8pm (flexibility required) with a view to weekday hours
Duties
· Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications
· Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
· Assist with meal preparation
· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items
· Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and assist with ordering as necessary
· Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols
Requirements
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
· Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a kitchen setting.
· Good communication skills
· A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that exceeds customer expectations.
· Opening hours can fluctuate/change at time due to a change in business levels so the need to be flexible as required
Experience
· Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
· Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
