We are seeking a committed Fencing Operative to join our Operations team. The role involves installing and maintaining a variety of fencing solutions, working to high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Install a range of fencing types (wire, post & rail, security fencing)
* Inspect sites and determine appropriate fencing solutions
* Ensure compliance with company health, safety, quality, and environmental policies
* Assist with stock handling, loading/unloading, and general operational tasks
* Operate tools and mechanical equipment (where trained/licensed)
Skills & Requirements
* CSCS card (beneficial )
* Previous fencing or construction experience desirable, but training can be provided
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, efficient, and able to take ownership of tasks
* Clean UK Driving Licence (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
