We’re seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality operations, reporting directly to the Operations Director. You'll manage a small, capable team of three and take ownership of quality systems, compliance, and customer relationships. With a broad customer base (primarily automotive but also other sectors), this is a role with both variety and strategic impact.

Quality Managers responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific standards
*
Lead audits, quality reporting, root cause analysis, and preventive actions
*
Act as the main quality contact for customers and internal stakeholders
What we’re looking for from a Quality Manager:

Solid experience in automotive manufacturing is essential
*
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, coach, and develop a small team
*
Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, Control Plans, SPC), document control, and standards
Desirable:
*
Six Sigma Green Belt
*
ISO/IATF/VDA auditor training
*
Background in cross-sector quality environments
