This is a vital role responsible for sourcing, vetting, and onboarding the exceptional carers and support staff who deliver our services. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care by bringing the right talent through our doors.
Key Responsibilities As our Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including:
Advertising & Outreach: Drafting and posting engaging job advertisements, and utilizing various job boards and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
Recruitment Management: Overseeing and managing the entire recruitment process, from initial application through to offer.
Screening & Vetting: Conducting thorough screening interviews, managing shortlisting, and implementing robust vetting procedures for all candidates.
Compliance & Onboarding: Ensuring all recruitment and onboarding processes strictly adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards, including managing DBS checks, references, and right-to-work documentation.
Internal Collaboration: Working closely with the management and coordinating teams to understand staffing needs, forecast requirements, and ensure a seamless handover to the training and scheduling departments.
Candidate Experience: Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.

You should possess:
1. Essential Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in a recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, or sales role, ideally where you have managed a high volume of interactions.
Demonstrable experience using various job boards for advertising and candidate sourcing.
Strong administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail crucial for the accurate handling of documentation.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar recruitment software is a plus.
Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
2. Key Skills & Personal Attributes Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a naturally personable and empathetic approach to engage effectively with potential carers.
Ability to build positive relationships quickly with both candidates and internal teams.
A proactive and self-motivated mindset, capable of driving recruitment campaigns independently to meet staffing targets.
