The principals are a kind and welcoming couple whose grown-up children live independently. Their beautifully maintained three-storey home boasts five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and four living spaces, all recently carpeted. The property offers a peaceful countryside setting, making it an ideal environment for a professional who enjoys a calm and well-ordered workplace.
Working as a housekeeper cook in this role will involve ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a well-maintained household. The position suits a reliable professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The successful candidate will also assist with basic cooking, supporting the principals with meal preparation as required.
The role includes the upkeep of the elegant country residence, including general cleaning, laundry, ironing, and assisting with basic cooking. You will also monitor security systems to ensure the household remains safe and secure. The principals have two friendly labradors who will require occasional walks. The property includes a charming one-bedroom cottage with on-site parking, which is available for the successful candidate; partners are welcome to reside there as well. All utility bills of the candidate are covered by the principal.

Main duties of the Part-Time Housekeeper Cook:
* Daily cleaning of a three-storey, five-bedroom home to a high standard.
* Laundry and ironing, with careful handling of all garments.
* Assisting the principals with basic cooking as required.
* Monitoring household security systems and reporting any issues.
* Walking two friendly labradors as needed.
Requirements for this Part-Time Housekeeper Cook job:
* Three or more years of private housekeeper experience.
* Two excellent checkable references.
* Conversational English.
* UK working permit.
