The purpose of the role is to work within an agile framework to develop, test, support, and maintain bespoke Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics applications for customers. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include assisting in the collection and documentation of user requirements, developing user stories and estimates, preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software, designing, developing, and unit testing applications in accordance with established standards, participating in peer‑reviews of solution designs and related code, packaging and supporting deployment of releases, developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications, analysing and resolving technical and application problems, adhering to high‑quality development principles while delivering solutions on‑time and on‑budget, and providing application support to business users.
Essential
* Commercial Full‑Stack Power Platform Development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, CoPilot, Connectors, Dataverse, Power Fx, etc.)
* MS Dynamics 365
* Azure experience, including Logic Apps / Azure Function Apps / Web Apps
* Web Services / APIs
Nice to Have
* React Framework
* SSAS / SSRS / Advanced Power BI
* JavaScript / HTML
* Experience of Agile / Scrum practices
* Knowledge of agile development methodologies
* Knowledge of unit testing theory
* Solid understanding of relational database design and querying concepts
* University degree in Computer Science (2:1) or related discipline
* Experience working within Property Services, Real Estate, or Social Housing environments and/or with market‑specific applications
