Monitoringandrespondingtoanyoutstandingcustomerqueries,ideallywithafirstcallresolutionorescalatingcomplexquerieswhenrequired
PlayingakeypartofthedailypayrollandHRAdminschedule,escalatinganyoverduetasksforsupportaswellasupdatingtheinformationinResourceLink.
QualityAssuranceofonshoreandoffshorework,auditingagainstcurrentstandardoperatingprocedures
Supportwiththeresolutionofanyserviceissues,supportingtheresolution,updatingofprocessmapsandStandardOperatingProcesses(SOPs)orDWIs
Identifyingandactioninganyopportunitiesforprocessimprovements

Skills&Experience
ProvenexperienceinaPayrollAdministrationrole.
Priorexperiencewithinacontactcentre,customerserviceorsharedserviceenvironment

Experienceusingcasemanagementtools,suchasServiceNoworZendesk
DemonstrableknowledgeofUK&ROIpayrollprocessingandlegislation
