The Role:
As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful day-to-day management of a busy residential development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Driving health & safety excellence across all site operations.
* Ensuring full compliance with NHBC standards, building regulations, and quality benchmarks.
* Leading site inspections and proactively reducing defects (RI’s/BRI’s).
* Managing build programmes to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
* Overseeing site teams and subcontractors to maintain productivity and morale.
* Collaborating closely with Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
* Controlling build costs and approving subcontractor payments.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and build quality.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
