Electrical Site/Project Manager – Swindon

What you’ll be doing

Oversee, manage and contribute the delivery of the works.

Drive quality control, safety standards, and risk mitigation across site operations.

Liaise with ME engineers, site team, and operatives to keep the project on schedule and on budget.

Report progress, issues, and opportunities effectively to senior stakeholders.
Who you are
Essential:
*
Proven experience managing electrical projects in the £1.5M–£2M range (or similarly scaled/complex).
*
Strong technical acumen across containment systems, DBs, cabling, and lighting.
*
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
*
Clear, confident communicator—adept at stakeholder coordination and team leadership.
*
SSSTS/SMSTS/ Level 6/7 qualification.
*
Experience in commercial or community-focused construction projects.
